GENERAL_SCOPE

By accessing the Naughty Coffee interface and placing an order, you agree to follow our operational protocols. These terms govern the relationship between our roastery and the end-user, ensuring a precise and transparent transaction sequence.

ORDER_LOG

All orders are subject to availability and roast cycles. Once an order is initiated, you will receive a digital signal (confirmation email). We reserve the right to cancel or recalibrate orders in the event of stock inaccuracies or logistical disruptions.

PRICING_DATA

Prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated at the final stage of the checkout architecture based on your geographical coordinates.

SHIPPING_LOGISTICS

We ship globally from our Miami HQ. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier variables. Naughty Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by customs protocols or incorrect address data provided by the user.

COFFEE_RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee beans once the vacuum seal has been compromised. If you receive a damaged bag or an incorrect roast profile, please signal our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

TEXTILE_RETURNS

Our textile goods—including heavy-weight cotton T-shirts and technical gear—are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all architectural tags attached. Return shipping for size recalibration is the responsibility of the user.

DEFECT_SIGNAL

In the event of a structural defect in our apparel (stitching errors or print inconsistencies), Naughty Coffee will initiate a full replacement sequence. Direct your claim, including photographic data of the defect, to our logistics lead at naughtycoffeeshop@gmail.com.

LIABILITY_LIMITS

Naughty Coffee shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to access our digital interface.

GOVERNING_LAW

These protocols are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved within the jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County.
