A chronological evolution of precision, craft, and urban disruption : from European roots to a Miami landmark.

(OUR GENESIS)

01 / THE MOBILE UNIT (2019)
Vintage gray van converted into a coffee shop with seating in a spacious mall.

VINTAGE VW CONCEPT.

Engineered by a young European couple, the project originated on the streets of Miami. A converted vintage VW Van served as a mobile  coffee shop, designed to serve the local community with craft in mind and rigorous hospitality.

02 / The Mobile Unit 2.0 (2023)
Two customers in black tops order coffee at a coffee shop counter with a barista pouring milk.

Modern take on Vintage VW

In 2022, we partnered with German designer AENY to create another VW, bringing together light and sculpture within a vintage frame. The result is a design that feels both classic and unexpected, infused with our coffee philosophy of precision and craftsmanship. Currently brewing in Dadeland Mall.

03 / HQ-Roastery (2025)
Minimalist coffee shop interior with green tiled counter, menu boards, and merchandise display shelves.

Coffee shop, kitchen and Roastery

Permanent space and in-house roastery. Here, we oversee the entire sensory cycle, from small-batch roasting, to our ingredient-driven kitchen, to our precision-focused brew bar.
